Site selection, permits, EIA, grid connection and financing: we make a project investment-ready.
Project-based partnership
A wind project begins with finding the right site. Kuzeyyel Enerji's development team scores candidate sites by weighing the wind atlas, grid capacity, terrain and environmental sensitivity together.
Process
- Pre-feasibility and 24 months of wind measurement
- Licence, EIA, zoning and TEİAŞ grid connection permits
- Land agreements and stakeholder consultation
- Turbine selection, energy yield forecast and financial model
- Structuring of debt and equity
A typical 100 MW project takes 30 to 40 months to develop. We offer partnership or lease models to landowners and co-develop with existing project owners.
Scope of service
- Site scoring and pre-feasibility
- EIA and permit management
- Landowner partnership models
- Financial model and debt structuring

Frequently asked questions
How many households can one wind turbine supply?
A 4 MW turbine at our sites generates about 13 GWh a year on average, equal to roughly 5,200 homes at 2.5 MWh per household.
Are turbines noisy?
Turbines are sited at least 500-1,000 m from homes. Noise is modelled to stay under 40 dBA by day at the nearest dwelling and verified by measurement during operation.
How can I tell if my land suits a wind project?
An annual average wind speed above 7 m/s, proximity to the grid and distance from settlements are the key criteria. Send your land details via the contact form; the initial assessment is free.
How is land rent determined?
Rent consists of a fixed annual fee per turbine plus a share linked to generation revenue, indexed to inflation. Most of the field stays in agricultural use.
What is the minimum consumption for a corporate PPA?
A physical PPA generally suits annual consumption of 5 GWh and above. For smaller consumers, YEK-G certificate supply is suitable.
